Unimarket allows Buyers or Approvers to edit item details on a standard requisition while it is in a Pending Approval or Paused state. This action temporarily Pauses the approval process.
Prerequisites and Eligibility
Requisition State: Must be Pending Approval or Paused for review.
User Roles: The assigned Buyer or an Approver of the requisition can make edits.
Feature Enabled: The community and the supplier must have the Edit Orders setting enabled. Suppliers enable this in their Configure Store settings, and communities must contact their Customer Success Manager to enable the feature.
Procedure to Edit a Standard Requisition
Navigate to the
Marketplacemodule > select Transactions > click View Requisitions.
On the Requisitions screen, use the Requisition Number search field or Filters to locate the desired Pending/Paused requisition.
Select the requisition number to open the view screen.
On the requisition view screen, select More Actions > click Edit.
Editable Fields
The following fields can be edited on a standard requisition:
- Bill To/Ship To and Order Submission details
- Line items (including Non-Catalog items and Catalog items)

Financial Year
Order Receiving
Attachments: Users can attach document(s) for internal usage only (cannot be viewed by suppliers).
Detailed Line Item Editing
After clicking Edit in More Actions, changes to individual line items are made as follows:

Tip: If you edit the account code on one line item, you can use the copy button to apply that account code to your other line items.
Editing Bill To/Ship To and Order Submission
Click the Bill To and/or Ship To tab.
Update the address by selecting the dropdown in the desired fields. Users can only choose Location Codes assigned to their Organization or Org Unit.
Order Submission details can be edited, choosing between Send Electronically or Do not Send.
Saving Changes and Reapproval
Once all changes are made, click Save at the top of the screen to resume the approval process.
The Do these changes require reapproval pop-up box will appear.
Enter a message in the text field.
To send updates for reapproval, select Yes, reapproval is required. To decline reapproval, click No.
Select OK.
Automatic Reapproval: If the changes result in an increase in the requisition total, reapproval will be automatically required. For Account Code Changes, reapproval status will refresh automatically, and users do not need to select "Yes".
Editing a Blanket Requisition
Editing a Blanket Requisition works differently due to its unique setup:
