Sensitive Requisitions

Unimarket provides a feature that allows requisitions to be marked as Sensitive. Ensuring that confidential orders and invoices remain private to the created user and a select group of authorized personnel. This is particularly useful for items involving sensitive legal information or contractor employment details.

To enable the Sensitive Requisitions feature for your community, you must reach out to your Unimarket Customer Success Manager.

 

Viewing Authority

Once the feature is enabled, users with the following roles can view Sensitive Requisitions:

  • Community Administrator

  • Create Invoices

  • View Transactions

  • OBO Receiving roles

 

Create a Sensitive Requisition

  1. Access Checkout: On the Checkout screen, navigate to the Order Type section.

  2. Mark Sensitive: Click the Sensitive box.

 

When the Sensitive box is checked:

  • A sensitive label is applied.

  • Restricted visibility is enforced for others in the user's organization unit.

  • The status updates all associated transactions (requisitions, order, and invoices).

 

Attaching Private Documents

Users can attach documents for internal viewing only, ensuring the supplier does not see them:

  1. Go to the Order Attachments header.

  2. Select Browse > Attach desired document.

  3. To remove the attachment, click Un-share.

Once completed, selecting Checkout will send the requisition to the appropriate delegated authority for approval.

 

Managing Visibility

It is possible to change the visibility of documents at a later time by selecting Edit in the Visibility field on the requisition or order. Once updated, the change is reflected across the requisition and the order.
