The History tab provides enhanced visibility into changes and activities related to requisitions, orders, and invoices. This feature tracks status changes, user modifications, and approval workflow actions.

 

Authorized Users

Users with the following roles can view the History tab:

  • Buyers

  • Create Invoices

  • Community Administrators

 

Status Changes Tracked in Change History

The History tab tracks the following types of changes for each transaction type:
