The Supplier Activity Summary dashboard displays payment volume, average payment amount, the latest payment method, and the current mailing address on file.
It also allows users to track supplier transactions, changes over time, and payment trends.
Access Supplier Activity Screen
To view the Supplier Activity Summary dashboard,
- Select Client Reporting (on the left side panel) and
- Click Supplier Activity Summary tab (bottom of screen).
Filters
Each dashboard can be customized utilizing filters located at the top of each screen.
All filters in the portal work together to refine the data displayed in your views. If you apply multiple filters, it's essential to clear them properly to ensure accurate results.
To clear a specific filter, hover over the filter and click the eraser icon. This prevents a filter applied to one field (e.g. Supplier Current Payment Method) from unintentionally affecting another field (e.g. Supplier, Location, ID). Clearing each filter individually, will provide precise and targeted results in your search.
Summary Activity Summary List
Dependent upon the Payment Created Date range entered, the applicable at-a-glance data and list of supplier activity will appear.
Spend, Payments and Suppliers
Statistics will display spend volume, by:
- Payment method: To view at-a-glance data, click $ Spend.
- Count of payments by payment method: To view information, select # Payments
- Number of suppliers by payment method: To view the data, select # Suppliers.
Payment History Timeline (Weekly)
Provides a breakdown of payment history and payment method designated, by a weekly range.
