The Finexio Client Reporting dashboard provides a centralized, real-time view of payment volumes, top suppliers, and current month totals. 

Filters

Each dashboard can be customized utilizing filters located at the top of each screen. 

All filters in the portal work together to refine the data displayed in your views. If you apply multiple filters, it's essential to clear them properly to ensure accurate results. 

To clear a specific filter, hover over the filter and click the eraser icon. This prevents a filter applied to one field (e.g. Supplier) from unintentionally affecting another field (e.g. Invoice Number). Clearing each filter individually, will provide precise and targeted results in your search.

Current Month Totals

The data under the Current Month Totals header, will display the following current data:

• Total Invoices Amount
• Number of Invoices 
• Number of Payees (Suppliers)
• Average Invoice Amount

Period Totals

The data under the Period Totals, are based on the Payment Created Date range. You can use the dropdown filters, to refine your search and gain deeper insights into your payment data.

Volume by Payment Method

Provides a breakdown of invoices total amount and payment method designated, by month range.

Top Suppliers

Identifies the most utilized suppliers based on the largest sums of spend.
