Users with the Community Administrator or Community Supplier Administrator role, have comprehensive permissions to manage suppliers within the community.
Key Management Capabilities
These roles can perform several critical supplier management tasks, including:
Search, Filter, and Export supplier data.
Create a Lite Supplier.
Create/send supplier invitations (manually or via upload).
Enable/manage supplier self-registration.

Upload supplier addresses (for internal usage).
Note on Updates: Suppliers are notified once updates are made to their profile by the community. This notification is sent using the supplier's email address located in the Customer Comments contact field.
Accessing the Manage Suppliers Screen
To access the supplier management area:
Go to the Administration module.
Select Suppliers.
The Manage Suppliers screen provides an overview of all suppliers associated with your communities.
Manage Suppliers Screen Overview Columns
| Column Name | Description |

| Supplier | The supplier's business name. |
| Supplier ID | The Vendor ID used for your finance system. This ID is critical for matching orders and invoices to the correct Vendor in your system. |
| Requirements | Indicates the status of information requested from the supplier during registration. Hover over the column to view the status. Communities can decide whether to connect the supplier immediately or wait until all requirements are complete. |
| State | The supplier's current relationship status with the community: Connected, Disconnected, or Pending. The supplier must be Connected for trading to occur. The default list view is filtered to show only Connected suppliers. |
| Type | Identifies the supplier's account type: Premium, Registered, or Lite. |
| Last Supplier Update | The date the supplier last updated their own details, in Unimarket. |
| Last Community Update | The date the community last updated the supplier details, in Unimarket. |
Search, Filter, and Export
Search
You can quickly locate suppliers by:
Keying in the supplier's name in the Search Suppliers field.
Customizing the search using the Last Update Date and/or State fields.
Filter
For more tailored results:
Select Filters on the Manage Suppliers screen.
Additional fields will populate to further customize your search criteria.
Click Apply Filter.
Export
Note: The export will provide one remittance address per supplier. If you would like to capture all remittance addresses, designated to a supplier. Please reach out to the Unimarket Support team, for a special supplier export.
To export the displayed supplier information:
Customize your search and filters as desired.
Select Export on the right side of the screen.
Click Export again to initiate the job.
The Job Submitted pop-up box will appear and select the here hyperlink.
Once the job completes and the file is in a Finished State on the Background Jobs screen, select the Download link.
- Background Jobs: If you are exporting a large amount of data, it might take a minute to process. You don't have to stay on the page; you can come back to the Background Jobs screen later to find your file.

Upload Supplier Addresses
Users can upload supplier addresses for internal purposes only.
Note: This action will not update the supplier's address on the supplier side.
Steps to Upload:
Select the Uploads tab.
Click Download Template to get the spreadsheet template.
Insert the supplier information according to the Download Specification (click the hyperlink to learn more).
Update the file and save it as a CSV file.
Click Browse to upload the completed CSV file.
Once the upload is successful, you can confirm the update by locating the supplier's profile and reviewing the Addresses tab.

The template requires all columns, but some values can be left blank (indicated by "N" in the Mandatory column).
