Users with specific administrative and management roles can easily track and view, which individual within the community initiated a supplier invitation.
Eligible Roles
The following user roles have the necessary permissions to view the user who triggered an invitation:
Community Administrator
Community Supplier Administrator
Community Features
Community Management
Steps to Locate the Invitation
Follow these steps to find the supplier invitation and view the requester's details:
Go to the Administration module.
Click Suppliers.
Select Invitations.
In the Supplier Name field, enter the name of the supplier.
Select the relevant date in the Sent Date field.
Note: You can customize the date range by selecting the Customize Date box.
Click Search.
In the resulting line item for the supplier, click View.
On the supplier's invitation screen, select View Supplier Request.
This final step will display the user who originally submitted the request to send the supplier invitation.
