Update Supplier Invitation/Registration Message

Unimarket allows communities to customize the messages sent during the supplier invitation process and the introductory text displayed on the supplier registration screen.

Users with the Community Administrator or Community Supplier Administrator role are authorized to make these updates.

 

Supplier Invitation Message

This customization updates the body text of the email sent to suppliers when inviting them to register.

  1. Navigate: Go to the Administration module > click Suppliers > select the Invitations tab.

  2. Click +Invite New Suppliers.

 

  1. Edit Content: Update the information in the Title and Body text boxes as desired.

    ⚠️ Formatting Note: Do not remove or alter the capital letters and @ symbols within the default text. For formatting options, use the options shown on the right side of the text box or the Markup guide below the text box.

     

  2. Preview and Save: Select Preview to view the changes. Once satisfied, select Save > and click OK.

 

Supplier Registration Message

This customization updates the introductory text displayed in a pop-up box when suppliers first land on the registration screen.

 

  1. Navigate: Go to the Administration module > click Suppliers > select the Registration tab.

  2. Edit Content: Make desired updates in the Description field.

    Formatting Note: For formatting options, view the Markup guide by selecting Help under the text box.

  3. Preview and Save: Select Preview to view the updates. Once the update is completed as desired, select Save.
