Buyers may receive the following alert messages, when attaching documents on the Checkout screen or on a Pending Requisition:
- Your files will be shared with the supplier. To unshare please click the unshare icon (in a green text box) and
- Your Attachments Will Not Be Sent to Supplier as Those Exceeded Maximum Limit of 6MB (in a yellow text box)

This confirmation message means the files attached, has been successfully attached to the requisition. Once the requisition is approved and
- The file size is less than 6MB: The attachments will be sent to the supplier within the PO email notification. Additionally, the supplier can log into their profile to view the attachments on the PO.
- The file size is more than 6MB: The attachments will not be included in the PO email notification. However, the supplier can log into their profile to view the attachments on the PO.
Your Attachments Will Not Be Sent to Supplier as Those Exceeded Maximum Limit of 6MB
This alert message means the attachments will not be included in the PO email notification sent suppliers. Because it exceeds the limit 6MB.
6MB is the file size threshold of Unimarket email servers. To avoid emails with very large size attachments failing transmission and/or being received by the supplier's email servers.
If an order is sent with more than 6 MB file sized attachments. Unimarket provides the warning that the attachments will not be included in the PO email notification sent to suppliers. All attachments are visible to the supplier when accessing the PO, from within their profile.
When are Attachments Not Visible in Supplier Profile?
- Only when a buyer selects the Un-share link, will Unimarket hide attachments from suppliers.
What is the Attachment File Limit?
- Buyers can attach files up to 50MB.
- Any files over 6MB will not be included in the PO email notification sent to suppliers. However, the supplier can log into their profile to view the attachments on the PO.
