This directory provides a categorized overview of the standard report templates available in Unimarket. Use this guide to select the appropriate report based on your specific business objective (e.g., month-end close, supplier performance, or audit compliance).

 

Administration Note

  • Access: Report availability is managed under the Administration > Modules > Reports tab.
  • Standard Templates: If any of these reports are not currently visible in your community, please contact Unimarket Support (support@unimarket.com) to have the standard templates loaded for your organization.
  • Customization: If your institutional needs require specific columns not found in these standard views, you can request a Custom Template during your quarterly business review.

     

Procurement & Order Management

Focuses on the lifecycle of Purchase Orders and requisitioning.

Report Name Summary Primary Use Case
Order Report Lists all non-cancelled orders created within a date range. Spend analysis and departmental budget tracking.
Blanket Order Report Lists active standing agreements and their valid date ranges. Tracking funds remaining on long-term contracts.
Requisitions Report A historical list of all submitted requisitions and their outcomes. Auditing request history and justification reasons.
Requisitions In Progress Header-level view of requests currently in the approval workflow. Identifying current bottlenecks and pending spend.
Requisition Items in Progress Line-item level view of requests currently awaiting approval. Granular tracking of pending commitments by account.

Invoicing & Accounts Payable

Focuses on invoice status, matching, and payment readiness.

Report Name Summary Primary Use Case
Invoices - All Comprehensive list of every invoice, including variance audit logs. Master file for AP auditing and spend classification.
Invoices - Matched Lists only "Accepted" or "Downloaded" invoices ready for payment. Final reconciliation against ERP voucher records.
Invoice Items Pending Receiving Identifies invoices stuck because the goods haven't been received. Prompting users to complete "Desktop Receiving."

Receiving & Inventory Tracking

Focuses on the physical arrival of goods and delivery status.

Report Name Summary Primary Use Case
Receiving Report A log of every individual receiving action (receive, return, etc.). Verifying delivery dates and identifying backorders.
Time From Order to Fully Received Measures the days elapsed from PO creation to final receipt. Measuring supplier lead times and internal efficiency.

Finance & Month-End Accruals

Focuses on reconciling liabilities and outstanding unbilled goods.

Report Name Summary Primary Use Case
Goods Received Not Invoiced (GRNI) Items received but not yet billed by the supplier. Tracking outstanding liabilities for received goods.
GRNI Accruals Reconciliation An optimized GRNI view with pre-calculated liability totals. Month-end and year-end financial accrual journals.

Audit, Compliance & Performance

Focuses on institutional policy enforcement and workflow speed.

Report Name Summary Primary Use Case
Orders Created After Invoice Identifies "Retrofit" orders where the invoice predates the PO. Auditing "Maverick Spend" and policy violations.
Requisition Approval Statistics Measures time taken by specific approvers for every task. Identifying bottlenecks and measuring "Speed to Buy."
Expenses Report Lists all individual expense line items and reimbursement types. Auditing employee travel and out-of-pocket spend.
