Unimarket Support is powered by Zendesk for support tickets and help documentation.
When users submit support tickets by logging into Zendesk or sending an email to our Support team. The progress of the support ticket can be viewed by the submitter, when logging into their Zendesk profile.
Additionally, users can view previously resolved support tickets.
Access Zendesk User Profile
- Click https://help.unimarket.com/hc/en-us
- Select Sign In.
- Enter your email address > password and select Sign in.
- To reset your password, please select Forgot Password.
- To create a new user login/profile, click Sign up.
Profile
To view your user profile details, last activity and edit profile.
- Select the dropdown arrow next to your name.
- Click Profile.
- To edit your profile, select Edit Profile.
- The Edit My Profile screen will populate to make desired updates.
Requests
To view all submit support tickets, track the status and send a reply to the Support team.
- Select the dropdown arrow next to your name.
- Click Requests.
To send a reply to the Support ticket, click the desired ticket.
- Scroll to the bottom of the ticket and enter the desired response, in the text box.
- Once completed, select Submit.
Activities
To view the comments left on Unimarket help articles.
- Select the dropdown arrow next to your name.
- Click Activities.
Contact Details
View the user's contact information (i.e. email address, organization name).
