Requesting SOC 2 Documents

To support our customers' compliance and audit requirements, Unimarket provides access to our most recent SOC 2 Type 2 Audit reports and HIPAA compliance documentation, as well as Gap Letters for interim periods.

 

Available Documents

  • SOC 2 Type 2 & HIPAA Report: A comprehensive audit of Unimarket's controls related to security, availability, and processing integrity.
  • SOC 2 Gap Letter: A letter covering the period between the end date of the last SOC 2 report and the current date, confirming that no significant changes have occurred in our control environment.

NOTE:

Availability: The SOC 2 Report for the previous calendar year typically becomes available in mid-September each year.

 

Request Process

Documentation is managed through our dedicated Trust portal to ensure secure delivery and tracking.

  1. Navigate to the Unimarket Trust Center: https://trust.unimarket.com/
  2. Select the Document: Find and click on the specific document you require:
    • Unimarket - SOC 2 Type II & HIPAA - Report
    • Unimarket - SOC 2 Type II Gap Letter

Note: You can use the search box and filters, to customize your search for the interested documents. Below are some great quick links that may also assist.

 

  1. Complete the Request Form: A pop-up box will appear. Fill in all applicable fields (Name, Organization, Email, etc.).
  2. Submit: Click Request Access.

 

Approval and Download

  • Review: Your request will be reviewed by the Unimarket Security and Compliance team.
  • Confirmation: Once approved, you will receive an email confirmation.
  • Download: Follow the prompts in the confirmation notification to securely download the file.
