Supplier Certificate Expiry Email Notifications

  • Updated
Suppliers may send email notifications informing customers of upcoming server certificate expirations and renewals. These notifications are informational and proactive in nature.

Important Note:

If you have a SSO SSL Certificate Renewal, please reach out to our Support team.

What the Notification Includes

  • The timeline for when the supplier plans to update their certificate.
  • Confirmation that the update will be handled on the supplier’s side.

What You Need to Do

  • No action is required from your team or Unimarket.
  • There should be no disruption to punchout catalogs or integrations.
  • The supplier manages the certificate update entirely on their end.

When to Take Action

Although most notifications require no action, you may need to review or escalate if:
  1. The supplier explicitly requests customer-side configuration changes.
    • Action to take: Raise a support ticket with Unimarket for investigation.
  2. You notice punchout failures or connection errors around the stated update time.
    • Action to take: Raise a support ticket with Unimarket for investigation.
  3. The notification appears inconsistent or unclear (e.g., missing timelines).
    • Action to take: Contact the supplier directly for clarification.
