The Unimarket Directory is a global database that allows Community Administrators and Supplier Administrators to view all Registered and Premium suppliers available within the Unimarket network, even if they are not yet connected to your specific community.
Accessing the Directory
To search the global list of suppliers, follow these steps:
Navigate to the Marketplace module.
Select Suppliers.
Click the More Actions button in the top right corner.
Select Unimarket Directory from the dropdown menu.
Once the screen loads, you can search for vendors using the Supplier Name or filter by Supplier Access types.
Connecting with Suppliers
When you locate a supplier in the Directory, your next action depends on their current relationship with your community:
The Supplier is in the Directory, but NOT in your Community
If you find a supplier you wish to do business with, but they have no current link to your organization, you should invite them to join your community.
Action: Send the supplier an invitation link.

The Supplier is in the Directory and is "Disconnected"
If the supplier is already listed as a supplier for your community but shows a status of Disconnected, you do not need to send a new invitation.
Action: You can choose to reconnect them to restore their ability to transact with your users.

Why Use the Directory?
Using the Directory first prevents the creation of duplicate "Lite" profiles. If a supplier is already Registered or Premium in the Unimarket Directory, connecting with their existing global profile. Ensures you are receiving their most up-to-date business information and tax details.
