This procedure guides Buyers and Community Administrators on how to reverse a previous receiving actions. Typically, needed when an incorrect quantity was recorded or when an item is returned after it has been marked as received.
Authorization
The ability to Undo Receiving is available only to Buyers of the order and Community Administrators.
General Access
To begin, make your way to the order requiring the receiving correction:
Go to the Marketplace module > click Orders.
Use the Search Order Number field or Filters to locate the order.
Undo Receiving for a Line Item (with Partial Status)
This procedure is used when an incorrect quantity was recorded, and the line item's receiving state is Partial (meaning more items are still expected).

| 2. View History | Select the order number > scroll to the applicable line item > select the icon | The icon opens the Receiving History pop-up box. |
| 3. Show History | In the pop-up box, check the Show Hidden Receiving History box. | This ensures all records, including the action you want to undo, are visible. |
| 4. Undo Action | Locate the incorrect receiving entry and select Undo next to it. | |
| 5. Finalize | In the new pop-up box, insert the required message in the Note field > select OK. |
Undo Receiving for a Line Item (with Closed Status)
If the receiving state is Closed, you must first Reopen the line item. Before you can view its history and undo previous receiving actions.
