Export Credit Card Transactions

Users can Export Credit Card Transactions data for reporting, reconciliation, auditing, or analysis. 

 

Permissions

  • Users with the Expenses or Expenses Administrator roles.

 

Essential Details

  • Background Jobs: If you are exporting a large amount of data, it might take a minute to process. You don't have to stay on the page; you can come back to the Background Jobs screen later to find your file.
  • Exports are processed as Background Jobs and are available for 7 days for download (in CSV format).

 

Access Credit Card Transactions Screen

  1. Navigating to the Expenses module and 

  2. Select Credit Card Transactions (on the left side panel).

  3. Select Export.
  4. The Job Submitted pop-up box will appear, to select the here hyperlink.

 

  1. On the Background Jobs screen, wait for the status to show Finished.

  2. Select Download to save the CSV file to your device.

Date

Date column on the Credit Card Transactions screen, in Unimarket. 

The exported date format is region-specific.

  • United States (US): MM/DD/YYYY
  • Australia/New Zealand (AU/NZ): DD/MM/YYYY

Amount Amount column on the Credit Card Transactions screen, in Unimarket.  47.94
Expense Claim

Expense Claim ID associated with the transaction. 

The export uses the Expense Claim ID, not the Expense Claim Line ID.

Payment Type

Payment Type recorded against the credit card transaction. 

This field is included in the export file. Even though it is not displayed, in Unimarket.
