In Unimarket, high-level roles such as Community Administrator, View Transactions, or Create Invoice. Has the authority to see all transaction data across the entire institution. However, search screens often default to showing only your personal data first.
Why are my search results limited?
By default, screens like View Orders, Requisitions, or Receiving often apply a "Buyer" filter set to your own name. While standard users can only see their own data (unless View Sharing is enabled), Administrative users can expand this view using two methods.

Method 1: Manual Filter Adjustment (Temporary)
Use this method if you usually want to see your own orders but occasionally need to find someone else's.
Navigate to the desired screen (e.g., Marketplace > Orders).
Select Filters to expand the search options.
Locate the Buyer field.
Click the "x" next to your name to clear the field.
Click Apply Filter to see results for the entire community.
Method 2: Change Data View Setting (Permanent)
Use this method if you want your dashboard and search results to always default to the entire community’s data.
TIP:
Dashboard Impact: Changing this setting to "Community Data" will also update your Dashboard widgets. Instead of seeing just your total spend or pending tasks, you will see the aggregate data for the entire community.
Click the silhouette icon in the upper right corner and select My Account.
Navigate to the Settings tab.
Scroll to the My Settings header.
In the Data View Settings field, select Community Data.
Click Save at the bottom of the screen.
