Shopping Lists

The Shopping List feature enables users to create and manage lists of frequently ordered items, which can include both Hosted Catalog products and Non-Catalog Items.

This feature helps expedite the purchasing process by allowing users to quickly add repeat items to their cart.

 

Create a Shopping List

Shopping Lists can be created from catalog items, non-catalog items, or the cart itself, which may contain a mixture of both.

Creation MethodProcedure
From a Hosted Catalog Item

1. Use the Search Products or Suppliers field or the Find Supplier field to locate a desired item/supplier. 

2. From the Search Results screen, select Add To List > choose Add to a new shopping list > enter the name > select OK.

From Non-Catalog Items

1. From the Marketplace module, select Create > click Non-Catalog

2. Insert information in the required fields > select Add to Cart. 3. From the Shopping Cart screen, click +Add to Shopping List > choose Add to a new shopping list > enter the name > select OK.

From Your Cart (Mixed List)

1. Select desired items from the Marketplace to add them to the cart. 

2. On the Shopping Cart screen, click Add to Shopping List > choose +Add to a new shopping list > enter the name > select OK.

Copy Items from Existing Lists

1. Go to Marketplace module > select List

2. Check the box of 2 or more items from any existing shopping list(s). 

3. Click More Actions > select Copy To List > choose to add to a new or existing list > click OK.

Managing and Using Shopping Lists

Accessing and Ordering from a List

  1. To access your lists, click Lists on the left menu pane.

  2. All created lists are displayed on the left side, sorted A-Z by name.

  3. Select all items or specific items by checking the boxes.

  4. To add items to the cart, select the items and click Add to Cart.

    • Non-Catalog Items have an Edit option available for changes to details or pricing before checkout.

 

 

Modify a Shopping List

ActionProcedure
Add to Existing List

1. Locate the desired item(s) and add them to the cart. 

2. Click +Add to Shopping List > select Add selected items to existing shopping list > use the dropdown to choose the desired list > select OK.

Delete One or More Items

1. Go to Marketplace module > select List

2. Check the box of the desired item(s) to delete (can be from multiple lists) > click More Actions > select Remove Selected Items.

Delete an Entire List

1. Go to Marketplace module > select List

2. Click the "check all" box for the list > select More Actions > click Delete Shopping List.

Note: If you select all items in a list and choose Remove Selected Items, the entire Shopping List will be deleted.

 

Share a Shopping List

The creator of a Shopping List can share it with other users within their organization unit(s).

  1. Click Lists > select the desired shopping list.

  2. Click More Actions > select Share Shopping List.

  3. The Share Shopping List pop-up box will appear to select the desired Organization Unit(s) > click OK.
