"This Site Can't Be Reached" Error

At times, users will receive the "This Site Can't be Reached" error message. The steps below will assist with resolving the error.

 

Steps to Take

  • Clear your cache.
  • Clear your browsing history. 
  • Use a different web browser and
  • Once completed, log back into Unimarket.

 

Information Required for Unimarket Support

If the error occurs again and to ensure a fast resolution. Community Administrators should gather the following information before contacting Unimarket Support:

  • User Information: The full name of the user who experienced the error. (If multiple users are affected, please provide all their names).
  • Browser Type (optional; but helpful):  Note if the user was using Chrome, Firefox, Edge, or Safari.
  • Description of Action: Please provide full details of the action taken, prior to receiving the error (including the troubleshooting steps taken).
