Unimarket provides a central location for approvers to manage requisitions awaiting their action and review the status of all requisitions they have previously acted upon.
Accessing the Approvals Screen
Users can view and manage requisition approvals by following these steps:
Navigate to Tasks: Go to the
Tasksmenu (in the upper right corner).Access Approvals: Click the Approvals tab > select View All.
Searching for Requisitions
Once on the Approvals screen, you can search for requisitions in several ways:
Search by Number: Key in the desired requisition number in the Requisition Number field > select Search.
Customize Search (Filters): You can customize your search by clicking the encircled down arrow (More Options icon) below the Buyer field.
Search by State: To search for all requisitions based on their status (e.g., Pending, Approved, Declined, Paused), ensure the desired option is selected in the relevant status filter > click Search.
Note: If an approver is not assigned the Community Administrator role and notices the Buyer filter is missing from the View Requisitions screen, they can use the Approvals screen for searching and managing all relevant requisitions.
