Unimarket uses Secure File Transfer Protocol (sFTP) to securely send and receive files. This functionality automates master data uploads (e.g., Users, Account Codes, and Approvals) and enables the scheduled export of reports, from your community to an sFTP folder.
Prerequisites
Account Type: You must have Unimarket File Automation enabled for your community.
Credentials: You will receive a formal document from Unimarket containing your specific credentials and connection command line.
How to Set Up sFTP
Follow these steps to establish a secure connection before you begin transferring files:
Enable Functionality: Unimarket enables the sFTP functionality on their end, providing a secure location for your CSV files.
Establish Authentication: Choose your preferred method of secure login:
Public Key (Preferred): Provide Unimarket with your public key. Unimarket supports Open SSH and RSA private keys.
User/Password: Use the credentials of an integration user created in Unimarket.
Whitelist IP Address: Provide your organization's IP address to Unimarket.
Note: You will experience a connection timeout if your IP is not whitelisted by Unimarket.
Connect via Client: Once Unimarket confirms the setup is updated, use an sFTP client to connect to the server using the provided command line.
