The Comments tab allows communities to post comments with all internal members of the contract.
This feature allows all events related to the contract, to be documented electronically. And can be used for auditing purposes, if desired.
All comments are saved and time-stamped and can be viewed after the contract has ended.
Add Comment
To add a comment to a contract, go to the Contracts module > in the Search Contracts field, insert the contract number or customize the search, utilizing Filters.
Once the desired contract is located, select the contract number > click the Comments tab > select +Add Comment.
In the Mentioned Users field, select the desired user. When a users is added in a comment, the mentioned user will receive an email notification (i.e. You were mentioned in this comment).
In the text box, insert the desired message > select Send.
