Release 6.13 contains a number of exciting new features in Unimarket. We are thrilled to share that Sorting is now available on the View Invoices screen, for both Communities and Suppliers. This release also brings us closer to our major updates to Catalog Review in the next major release.
What's new in Unimarket 6.13
View Invoices - Sorting
Our first change this release is a much-requested one. Each column in our View Invoices menu can be now be clicked to sort. You might like to use this to quickly find the Invoice with the oldest Created Date in Unimarket, or the Invoice with the largest Total (Net).
If you click a column heading to sort, the arrow icons will change. In this example, the user chose to sort by the Total (Net) column, showing the largest amount first:
Contracts can now be easily shared with other Unimarket users. From the Actions menu, select Share Contract Link and this new screen will be displayed:
Updating existing Location Codes
For Communities familiar with our Location Upload, we have modified the Delete Existing Locations checkbox. If you select the checkbox, all existing Location Codes will be deleted, and only those in your upload file will be in Unimarket after the upload. If you do not select the checkbox, new Location Codes in your upload file will be added, and the data of existing codes can be modified.
As an example, imagine Unimarket moves to an office on a different floor and needs to modify this location code Local1:
In the upload file, we could include a row for Local1 with a new Address Line 1 "Level 4". This value would be updated, but all other data would be retained.
Have you been sent an Expense to approve but notice that information is wrong or an attachment is missing? Rather than rejecting the entire Expense, approvers can now make changes to the Expense before approving it. This should help reduce manual effort when processing Expenses.
We are still busy on a number of new Catalog Review features and hope to have these available in 6.14.
