If the customer you are connecting with requires the Tax Profile to be completed, you will be taken directly to the Tax Profile page during registration. If you are returning to complete your Tax Profile at a later time you can access it from your supplier home page by going to Tasks > Profile > Tax Profile. This will land you on the Introduction tab of the Tax Profile (see screen shot below). If you need to update additional company information such as Company Name, Contacts, Addresses or your logo: click here.
If you need to review what is currently on your tax form in the system, go to the Submitted tab on the Tax Profile page.
If you need to enter a new tax form or update information from your existing tax form, choose your appropriate tax profile form (W-9, W-8BEN, or W-8BEN-E) and complete all mandatory fields.
Mandatory information is identified with a red asterisk and must be completed before completing your tax profile.
If you do not have the information and need someone else in your organization to complete it, you can set them up as a User under the Profile drop-down menu.

Business Classifications consist of Minority and Woman Owned Businesses (MWBE) and Income Types for your business generally reported on a 1099 form. If none of the categories apply, please click into the box and select "None"
Updating Tax Profile
To update your submitted tax details, go to Profile on the left and then select Tax Profile. Next, click on the Introduction tab and select the appropriate Tax Form from which will open the form so you can enter your needed edits.
Once you have updated all relevant information you can select the submit button at the bottom of the screen. You will be required to enter your name on the tax certification form again as the individual who is submitting the changes. You can view your changes by selecting the Submitted Tax Form tab.
