Release 5.15 is a smaller release that lays the groundwork for multiple organizations within a community. This will provide customers with multiple sites, campuses or businesses with the ability to configure multiple sub-organizations within their community.
We have introduced the concept of organizations within the community to allow customers with multiple businesses or campuses to configure some of the community settings like PO branding and location codes specifically for that organization. This release lays the groundwork and the following release 5.16 will deliver the organization capability.
Organization Unit Codes
We have added a unique code to each organization unit so that any ongoing changes you have to organization unit names can be easily managed. The code will be the same as the name by default but you can choose to make it different.
Contract Approval Rule
We have added a new rule to the approval process that allows customers with the Contract Management module to trigger an approval rule based on if the requisition has a linked contract.
Foreign Currency Bank Accounts
Our supplier registration process now supports the ability to enter foreign currency accounts, where the country and currency do not match.
We are finalizing the work on organizations and introducing the ability to have different supplier contacts for each organisation.
