Why am I getting the below message when I try to log in:
"User account is locked due to too many failed login attempts. Please use the "Forgotten Password?" link below to reset your password and unlock account"?
If your password has been entered incorrectly more than 5 times then your user account becomes locked for security purposes.
How do I get my account unlocked?
Use the "Forgotten Password?" feature to be sent a temporary password and unlock your account.
Alternatively, an administrator for your store can unlock your account.
I am an administrator, how do I unlock a user's account?
Log in to your store and go to Task Menu > Users and change the State filter to Locked. Select Edit next to the relevant user, the page will indicate when the account became locked, and select Unlock.
