To review the status of a quote, go to Marketplace > select Transactions > click View Requests for Quote.
The filter and search for quote options are:
- Customer
- Created From Date
- To Date
- RFQ Name
- RFQ ID
- State
- Accepted: The supplier has accepted the invitation.
- Canceled: The community has canceled this without awarding to any suppliers.
- Lost: The community has awarded this to another supplier.
| Note: If a supplier creates their bid response using an expiry date after the bid response date. Once the bid response date has passed and bid not awarded, the state will reflect "Lost". |

- Missed: The supplier did not respond before the response date.
- New: The community has created the invitation and is awaiting a response from the supplier.
- Quoted: The supplier has accepted the invitation and created a quote in response.
- Removed: The supplier has been removed from the bid request after the issue date. Any quotes created cannot be purchased.
- Withdrawn: The supplier has withdrawn their quote.
- Won: the community as awarded this to the supplier's quote.
