To review the status of a quote, go to Marketplace module > select Transactions > click View Requests for Quote.
The filter and search for quote options are:
- Customer
- Created From Date
- To Date
- RFQ Name
- RFQ ID
- State
- Accepted: The supplier has accepted the invitation.
- Canceled: The community has canceled this without awarding to any suppliers.
- Lost: The community has awarded this to another supplier.
| Note: If a supplier creates their bid response using an expiry date after the bid response date. Once the bid response date has passed and bid not awarded, the state will reflect Lost state. |

- Missed: The supplier did not respond before the response date.
- New: The community has created the invitation and is awaiting a response from the supplier.
- Quoted: The supplier has accepted the invitation and created a quote in response.
- Removed: The supplier has been removed from the bid request after the issue date. Any quotes created cannot be purchased.
- Withdrawn: The supplier has withdrawn their quote.
- Won: the community as awarded this to the supplier's quote.
