New Features
Getting all Sensitive
The Unimarket Sharing functionality allows users within the same organization unit to view and/or receive each other’s requisitions, orders and associated invoices. In most cases this is a handy feature, sometimes you may need to restrict access to documents because they contain sensitive information. To make this possible we have added a Sensitive flag to the checkout which makes the requisition, resulting order and associated invoices visible to only that buyer. It's also possible to change the visibility of documents at a later stage if needed.

Managing Large Blanket Order Invoices
Suppliers can submit very large invoices against blanket orders with hundreds of lines. To make this process more efficient and easier to manage we have made several key changes. We allow suppliers to submit invoices with accounting information and we have improved the screens to make viewing and searching large invoices easier.
Request Payment Details from Suppliers
We have added the ability for communities to request payment information from suppliers. As part of this we have also improved the dashboard on the supplier side so that suppliers can easily see what parts of their profile they have completed and what they still need to provide. Our hope is that this leads to less chasing and more complete information.

Forms for RFQ Catalogue Items
Suppliers can now load a catalogue of RFQ items and associate a form with the item. This means that the supplier can define specific information they need you to provide as part of requesting a quote.
Supplier Invoice Statements
The coming months will see us add payment status information into the solution. As precursor to this we have added an Invoice Statement for suppliers so that they get notified each week for the invoices which have been accepted by customers. This will keep them better up to date with the status of their invoices and in the future we will look to add payment information to the statement.
Other Changes
- We have extended the reporting capability of the View Transaction role and Create Invoices role so reports of up to 12 months can be run.
- We have made a clearer distinction between tax registered and not tax registered for Australian and New Zealand customers.
- We have removed the 6 month date restriction when the user tries to export the data relating to a Transaction Run.
- Members of a blanket order with the Buyer Create Invoice role can now Invoice Order and see the order on the View Orders page.
What's Coming
We will be winding up the invoice extraction work and we will be adding further payments functionality including the ability for US suppliers to provide their banking ACH information. |
