Release 5.2
SAML Single Sign On Support
We have added support for the secure SAML Single Sign On, which is a standard used by many organizations. We will continue to support the existing SSO; however, if you would like to enable SAML, please contact your Unimarket Account Manager.
Customer-Specific Remittance Addresses
Suppliers often ask if they can define a specific remittance address for each of their customers on Unimarket and now they can! Registered suppliers can now define a default remittance address as well as customer-specific remittance addresses if needed. We have also added the ability for suppliers to specify a remittance email address so that they can receive their notifications electronically.
Approval Rule Import and Export
If you use account codes to drive your delegated approvals then managing and navigating a large number of approval rules can be difficult within the application. To make this process easier, we have added the ability to import and export your approval rules in a CSV format. You can now quickly export the existing rules, make changes or additions, and import the rules again.
Other Small Changes
- Blanket Order dates can now be edited after the end date has passed.
- We have made improvements to approval routing speed.
- We have changed the CSV user upload to allow for Organization Unit names containing commas.
What's Next
We are busy working away on the new invoice functionality which includes an invoice inbox for emailed invoices and the ability to route exceptions for approval.
