Unimarket 4.18 is a small release that adds a useful new open order reminder and digest email so your users stay on top of their receiving. We've also made the approval button more obvious for approvers and made some other small improvements.
Open Order Reminder
To ensure your users stay on top of their receiving and the system accurately reflects commitments we have added an Open Order Reminder feature. The Open Order Reminder adds a task to a new Outstanding Receiving page in the Task menu for orders still open after a timeframe that you configure. For example, orders still open after 30 days.
We have also added a Digest Email which can be configured to send users a list of outstanding receiving tasks such as those that have been invoiced or those that are still open beyond the timeframe set in the Open Order Reminder. The digest email can be configured to be sent Daily, Monday/Wednesday/Friday or Weekly.

Bright Blue Approval Button
We have pulled the approval options out of the Actions menu at the top of the requisition and expenses screen so that it's more obvious and fewer clicks for your approvers. Clicking the blue Approval button gives the user the approve/decline options.
Small Changes and Bug Fixes
- The budget check integration for changed blanket orders can now be configured to send the total new order amount or just the increase amount.
- Fixed the formatting on the checkout screen and tax fields to make it all tidy.
- Changed the text on all Unimarket generated PDF invoices to say 'Copy Only' to make it clear.
- We've made the Change Password option more obvious for customers without SSO and also suppliers.
We will be rolling out the dashboards including a new buyer dashboard and providing SAML SSO support.
