If you or a member of your team cannot see a supplier's catalog, follow the below troubleshooting steps.
Check to see if the supplier has a buyer group assigned, by going to Administration module > click Catalogs > Search for the supplier's catalog name > Check the Availability column. If Needs Buyer Group appears, select Actions dropdown > click Settings > select Buyer Group box and select desired option > Click Save.
Note: If the desired buyer group does not populate, please refer to Buyer Groups to create one. |
