If the Community has configured approvals to be routed by Account Codes. Approvals will route to a specific approval chain based on the rulesets designated.
Rules are executed from top down, so it is important that rules are organized in the correct order. To move an approval rule within a ruleset, there are a few different options that are outlined below.
Users with the Community Administrator or Approval Administrator role, can configure and manage rulesets.

Access Rulesets Tab
Go to the Administration module > select Approvals > click the Rulesets tab > select the desired ruleset name (e.g. Departmental Approvals).
Option 1: Move a rule using the up and down arrows
By selecting the up or down arrows on the right side of the screen. A rule can be manually moved to the desired place, within the ruleset.
Option 2: Recreate the Rule
This is a good option to use, especially if the specific ruleset has a few rules.
To recreate a rule, select Delete icon next to the rule you desire to move > locate the area where you would like to move the rule > select +Add Below next to the rule above > a pop-up box will appear > add the rule, utilizing the normal process.
Once completed, select Add.

Option 3: Do an Export and Import of the Rules
Exporting rules and import the updates, is a good option when there are a lot of rules.
To export rules, select More Actions > click Export Rules > a pop-up box will appear > select the here hyperlink.
The Background Jobs screen will populate > once the CSV file of the current community rules, is in a Finished state, click Download.
The CSV Excel file is formatted in the same order that the rules are listed, in Unimarket.
Locate the rule you desire to adjust > move it to the desired spot > save as a CSV file > select More Actions > click Import Rules > select Browse > locate the file to import > click OK.
The rules will begin importing into the updated order.
To ensure the rule(s) added are working as expected, we recommend running a Test.
